I'm a cooking enthusiast...a bit of a food geek. I love food, I love to experiment with it and I love to be creative in the kitchen. I'm no food expert, I just like to use fresh produce to make great tasty food. Not all my creations turn out great but those that do get shared on the blog. Cooking allows me to chill out and vent any frustrations I may have. When I'm not in the kitchen you'll find me working as an RN which is great and very rewarding
I dream of having a garden kitchen where my boyfriend (Ian) and I grow our own veggies, preserve our own foods and generally have fun with food. We are not that far from our dream now. We moved to Canada from England two years ago and are in the process of planning where we want to settle down, so watch this space for more updates.
